Information we need to know if you leave a message on the answering machine or in an email:
- your name

- best contact number

- date of the event 


Ideally, the day you choose a date for an event is the day to call the bakery to make an inquiry or place an order. It is never too early to get your name on the calendar to reserve your place. Lead time for a custom order, whether cake or decorated cookie (one that requires special flavors, fillings, or decorations) is at least 10-14 days. Basic cakes and undecorated cookies should be ordered a week in advance of the date needed. 

We do t
ry to keep some cakes in the front case that are ready for your personalization. These are mainly basic 6 or 8-inch chocolate or yellow cakes with vanilla or chocolate buttercream. They do sell quickly, and we apologize if you come seeking, but do not find what you are looking for. 

For last-minute requests, cupcakes are your best option. 

We hope that you appreciate the fact that often on a Monday the pre-ordered goods for the week and weekend are already squeezed onto our "clothesline" and that "squeezing in" your order is simply impossib
le. You can always ask, but the answer may be no.

8-inch layer cake: 8 - 12 servings
10-inch layer cake: 15 - 20 servings
14-inch layer cake: 40 - 50 servings
16-inch layer cake: 55 - 75 servings

Single Layer Sheet:
1/4 sheet: 20 servings
1/2 sheet: 35 - 45 servings
full sheet: 90 servings
